I have not only had the opportunity to rent from them but they have also managed my properties. With both experiences I found the Renaissance Team to be honest and looking out for our best interests, even when it meant potential less revenue for them. They were always informative, punctual and friendly to work with.

  I have relied on Renaissance for the past three years and consider myself fortunate for having done so. This company is reliable and responsive to client requests. When issues arise they are quick to address them and keep the client informed. Honestly without their help I could not have moved and left my home without going in to foreclosure. Their management of my property has enabled my family to pursue what we needed for living in another state. With their help I have prospered and maintained the same tenant throughout these three years. I know they are good with tenants and property owners and endorse them for this.
