  Have been a customer for over 5 years. Closing my accout due to this branch taking over an hour and a half to place a single wire transfer, and also refusing to notarize a document a few weeks ago. Plain and simple reason, poor customer service.

  This is a wonderful institution. The native reviews do not represent the entire organization. The long wait times unit occur during their peak busy hours, like all businesses. Once you learn when those times are, the lines move fast enough. They are always pleasant, and extremely helpful. When my family and I was going through a rough financial patch, during a time I was unemployed, Space Coast Credit Union wanted to give me an account with all sorts of crippling restrictions on it. This institution gave me two accounts with no restrictions. That was several years ago, and I have been a member ever since. I'm not going anywhere else.
